Vivaldi Asset Management is seeking a new member for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and energetic self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment. You will play an integral role in maintaining current relationships and developing new business within a defined territory; the ability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients is critical to this position.


  • Develop new business within a defined territory spanning investment advisors and broker-dealers
  • Schedule client meetings and conference calls for distribution team
  • Serve as internal support liaison to external team members on all sales activity
  • Conduct consultative and relationship-building sales calls with potential and existing client advisors and RIA firms
  • Provide sales and marketing information to contacts as requested and answer any questions subsequent to client meetings
  • Proactively maintain contact with advisors to keep them apprised of fund products, platform developments, and industry intelligence
  • Partner with Vivaldi Asset Management’s distribution team to develop and execute sales plan strategies to capture revenue and AUM growth
  • Participate in conferences & client-sponsored events
  • Leverage sales tools and take initiative in communicating with clients and potential clients on a variety of account-related issues


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 (can be acquired)
  • 2+ years of financial services experience and industry knowledge
  • Demonstrates sales experience and skills
  • Exceptional leadership, team-management, interpersonal, social, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to organize and execute multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to be challenged in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred
